What should I expect during my visit? 

All guests are given the best recommendations for their hair type! You will leave your appointment with more knowledge on your hair condition and info on upkeep and home care between salon visits. Please keep in mind haircare takes time, dedication and must begin at home first. The better you care for your hair, the better results you’ll receive!

May I book an appointment online?

We reserve online booking for existing guests of The Chateau Salon.

May I refer someone?

Sure! We love referrals and delight in serving potential clients.

How do I stay updated on notifications?

Please follow the Instagram @thechateausalon1 or check the website www.thechateusalon.com for all salon updates 🙂

May I bring my own hair products? 

For liability and safety measures please refrain from bringing your own hair products unless it is prescribed by a doctor. 

Do I need to come shampooed? 

All services include a relaxing shampoo and condition at no additional charge, unless otherwise mentioned.

May I bring extra guests? 

Due to limited space please refrain from bringing additional people to your appointment. The salon is reserved for guests receiving services. For your convenience there is a lobby area reserved for extra guests.
